KPLUS Computers first started in 2005 during my early college years with the intent of focusing on PC sales. Since then, I have gone into business full-time and expanded, and my computer customers have exercised the importance of IT support for their workforce. We work with specific business partners and contractors to complete our client’s projects and tickets within a timely manner.
Our direct clients are mainly small growing companies and small to medium sized businesses involved in industries such as healthcare, solar, construction, engineering, and entertainment. We also still provide customized PC solutions to our business customers and are also Independent Apple Resellers as well.
Quite often IT professionals are only contacted after something has broken or gone wrong. In a monthly support package, we will work with your computers on a regular monthly basis to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively with routine maintenance and system updates.
It will include unlimited e-mail, phone support, and remote support sessions 24/7. It does not include any major modifications to computers, software, servers, or any technical systems used within the business. Our hourly rates will apply if these projects fall outside of our monthly support agreement. Examples such as system backups, upgrades, hardware break-fix, and software refreshes are not covered.
These types of monthly support packages are meant for businesses that rely on their computers and their software platforms which help run critical business functions. The “down time” of a system or software would directly impact their bottom line on a daily basis. These industries maybe involved in healthcare, banking, accounting, engineering, entertainment, etc
We will customize the support package to the needs of your business. Key weaknesses and important points of computer support will be identified and noted in an IT analysis of your business. We will focus on any improvements that need to be remedied and attempt to forecast system updates/improvements which will help keep your organizations computer systems healthy and growing.
